Our most versatile model yet, the Medallion series is superior in design and structure because it can conform to almost any configuration. The standard model is a single-skin, down-draft cabin with drop down ceiling filters. Optional equipment include an insulating package as well as an exhaust chamber that makes the booth a pitless down-draft and eliminates the need for concrete excavation.

Deluxe Spray Booth Series
 
Built to offer exceptional features and versatility. Kayco Deluxe Booths are available as a down-draft or side-draft model. Standard amenities include double-row pit, full-filtered ceiling and sloped wall cabin. Booths can also be customized to include length extension, recirculation in the bake cycle and accelerated cure features.

Similar in design and construction to the Kayco Deluxe Booth. The SD270 is offered as a side draft configuration with standard amenities including swing type doors with observation windows, a personal door with an observation window, and a sloped wall cabin. Booths can also be customized to include length extension, recirculation in the bake cycle and accelerated cure features.

Cross Draft Spray Booth
 
Designed as an efficient economy model for the small collision shop, the Kayco cross-draft spray booth disperses fresh air across the automobile and eliminates airborne paint, particles and hazardous fumes through the filters in the rear of the booth. Also available in a reverse-flow design, the Kayco Cross-Draft Spray Booth can be modified to include 10 or 12 light options.

Semi Down Draft Spray Booth
 
A versatile option for collision centers, the Kayco semidown-draft spray booth disperses fresh air through the booth vertically and horizontally allowing efficient surface flow across a vehicle and easy exhaust through the rear filter. The semidown-draft spray booth can be customized to fit virtually any requirements including positive pressure and heat.

Designed for superior air flow and maximum efficiency, the Kayco Down-Draft Spray Booth intakes fresh air from the top levels of the shop, filters the air down and away from the vehicle, and exits the booth through an exhaust pit in the floor. Also available in a drive-thru design. And can be customized to include powder coated white, heated air make up unit, and an above ground basement.

Truck & Industrial Booths
 
Designed for painting large vehicles, including 18 wheelers, the Kayco Truck Booth is a reverse flow model that allows filtered air to enter the spraying area through the rear wall and pass horizontally across the work piece. Down draft and side draft configurations are also available to meet a wide range of applications. Optional features to this model include air replacement systems, drive-thru models and observation windows.
