Warranty

Kayco warrants all products manufactured by Kayco against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. Kayco does not warrant installation work done by other than Kayco personnel. Products not manufactured by Kayco such as fans, electric motors, etc. but are included in an installation, are covered under separate warranties by the respective manufacturers. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Voltage

All light fixtures are 120 – 277 volt. All motors are 230 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase. Single phase motors can be supplied at an additional cost.

Proper Use Of Spray Booths

Many customers purchase a spray booth and expect their paint jobs to be perfect. The primary purpose of a spray booth is to provide a clean and safe environment for the painting operation. Proper procedures, maintenance and housekeeping are essential. These factors cannot be controlled by the paint booth manufacturer; therefore, Kayco Spray Booths does not guarantee a dirt-free paint job. The cleanliness of a paint job is directly related to the efforts of the painter before they start to paint.

Codes

All Kayco booths are manufactured in accordance with NFPA 33 and OSHA 1910 codes. Electrical, plumbing and sprinklers (not included) must also conform to these regulations.

Powder-Coated White

Booths that are powder-coated white are subject to some blemishes during manufacturing, shipping and installation. Touch-up paint is supplied with the booth for owner’s use.
